- 8–9:15a.m. Bib Pick-Up at Albion Grill and t-shirts for sale
- 9:15am–Noon: Course open for preliminary races. 2 runs: 1 on red course; 1 on blue course. Best time = qualifying time. Top 16 race times in each category advance to the afternoon races.
- 12:50pm: Cut Announcement at top of Race Hill
- 1–4pm: Head-to-head single elimination races
