Lift Operators play an essential role in mountain operations. They spend their days outside interacting with our skiers. They maintain areas around lifts and tows in all kinds of weather. Skiing opportunities are available every day.

This is a full-time seasonal position. Shifts are 8:30am–5pm, five days a week. Applicants must be able to pass the pre-employment physical screening. On-site housing may be available.

Job Duties

• Working with all departments and employees in mountain operations
• Providing outstanding skier interaction
• Regulating lift lines
• Operating lifts and tows and monitoring loading and unloading
• Keeping areas around the lifts and tows maintained
• Spending long hours outside in inclement weather
