Join us for Opening Weekend of the 2024–25 season as we kick off our 87th winter with a limited opening for expert skiers.
We recommend expert skiers only given the current conditions.
Opening Weekend
Friday, November 22nd – Sunday, November 24th
Lift Hours & Terrain
- Collins: 9:15am–4:30pm
- Wildcat: 9:15am–4pm
- Transfer Tow: 8am–5pm
- Access to the Albion Basin through the Sugarloaf corridor
We recommend expert skiers only given the current conditions. There will be limited groomed terrain available.
Lift Tickets & Passes
- Season Pass offices will be open from 8am–4:30pm
- Ikon, Ikon Base Plus and Mountain Collective passes will be accepted on Opening Weekend
- Lift tickets can only be purchased at ticket windows

The Albion Grill and Watson Shelter will be ready for Opening Day, serving a wide array of delicious food and drink.
Looking for a pick-me-up? Alta Java, Baldy Brews and the Slopeside Cafe are all open serving up your favorite cup of coffee and more.
Parking
- Parking reservations will not be required on Opening Weekend
- Parking reservations will be required starting December 13th
Transportation
- The UTA Ski Bus will not operate on Opening Weekend
- Please remember to carpool
