The Alta Historical Society presents "Margie of the Wasatch".

“Margie of the Wasatch” is an early promotional film from the 1940’s made to promote skiing. “Margie of the Wasatch” is about two ski instructors competing for the affection of a beautiful skier, Margie, visiting Alta for the first time. The film is a true classics that showcases the Alta Lodge, Wasatch Mountains and Alta. In 2014 the Ski and Snowboard Film Institute elected the film as one of the 100 best ski & snowboard films ever made. The films will last about 30 minutes.
