Collins Grill will be closing for the 2012-2013 season at the end of the day on Sunday April 7th, 2013. Thanks to all of our skiers for a great season. Come up and treat yourself to one last meal!
 
Location: Mid-mountain Collins Gulch, near the Collins Lift angle station and below the top of Wildcat Lift. The Collins Grill is on the 3rd floor of the Watson Shelter. Closest parking is the Wildcat Base.

Suppliers are as local and sustainable as possible in Collins Grill and Watson Shelter. We support Slow Food Utah. Some of our Utah suppliers are:

Have your next weekday lunch meeting in the most beautiful room in the Wasatch Mountains at 9300 ft. Have a meeting at mid-mountain at Alta Ski Area. We have a private dining room, which accommodates up to 40 guests at different tables or 25 guests with one facing table. The menu can be customized to suit your needs. Atmosphere: Full service, European mountain bistro-grill menu with wine and spirits. We have daily "chef specials" to keep you interested. "Young Skier" Menu is available on request.
