ALTA BLUE ANGELS
 
 
Alta Blue Angels
The Alta Blue Angels is a two-day program designed for intermediate women skiers, who ski on green and blue runs and are looking to improve their confidence and style. Developed by women instructors of the Alf Engen Ski School with women in mind.
 
Dates: January 6 & 7, 2013*
February 3 & 4, 2013*
 
Price: $440   Light lunch included. Lift tickets sold separately.
 
Day One: Meet the group at 9:00 am and identify the core skills and concepts of good skiing. Warm-up and practice the skills of edging, pressure control, turn size and turn shape. We will use a combination of specific drills on appropriate terrain to develop confidence and control.
 
Day Two: We will unlock the secrets of reading the terrain and how shaping turns helps with speed control. Have fun discovering the magic of blending the skills to ski the way you have dreamed.

  • Become more relaxed and confident on your skis
  • Be less defensive
  • Add more gliding and flow to your skiing
  • Have more fun and look good doing it
